PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, please fill in a quote request form. Upon completion of any forms, you will receive an email response within 2-3 business days to confirm availability and finalize the details (including pricing for custom orders).

PAYMENT DUE
You pay, and we bake! Full payment is required upfront to secure your order (and reserve your date for custom orders). Please understand that orders are first come, first serve due to our limited capacity - another customer may snag your spot if payment is delayed. Payment is through e-transfer only.
ORDER PICK-UP
All orders are pick-up only in the Angus, ON area. The exact address will be emailed to you upon payment of your order. All products are best enjoyed fresh, so it is recommended that your pick-up date be the day before or the day of your event. Pick-up dates/times are set upon ordering and can only be changed with 3 days notice. Please put your pick-up date in your calendar - if you no-show, additional fees may apply OR you will forfeit your order completely and it will be donated to a family in need.

CHANGE CUT-OFFS
Decisions are tough! But we're here to help. Custom order changes can only be made until 2 weeks before your order pick-up date. After that, all change requests may not be feasible OR may be subject to a small fee.

REFUNDS
Refunds can be issued up to 24 hours after payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, full refunds cannot be issued, as the various ingredients and tools needed to complete your order will likely have already been purchased.

INSPIRATION PHOTOS
Inspiration photos are always appreciated! However, they are just that - inspiring. Your product may not be a perfect replica, but we will try to keep it close. Keep in mind that colours and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with for various reasons.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
All prices are subject to change. Prices are directly affected by present ingredient costs, which may not be reflected in old pricing.
IN A HURRY?
While last minute orders cannot always be accommodated, we try our best. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 4 weeks may be subject to a rush fee.

ORDER MINIMUMS
Custom cupcake, sugar cookie and macaron orders require a minimum order of at least one dozen. Need fewer? Watch out for pop-up sales announced on our social media pages, or check out the products available under our seasonal options.

COPYRIGHT
Copyrighted images (ie. most Disney characters, etc.) are protected, which makes them illegal to replicate in baked goods. However, a similar color palette and/or pattern is fair game - so let's talk!

ALLERGIES & EXPOSURES
All items are baked in a home kitchen. There is exposure to known food allergens, including but not limited to: MILK, EGGS, TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, WHEAT, SOY, AND SHELLFISH. We cannot guarantee any allergy-free products at this time. However, feel free to reach out - we may be able to refer you elsewhere! Our home is also pet-friendly, but rest-assured: all baking and decorating take place in a designated pet-free room.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
We often photograph and/or film client orders (or replicas of their orders) for advertising purposes. This is anonymous of course! But if you do not want your custom treats in the spotlight, please let us know at the time your order is placed.

IT'S ALL YOURS NOW!
Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way!), what happens to your products is all on you - keep them safe by handling them with care and storing them properly. Storage instructions are as follows:

CAKE & CUPCAKE STORAGE:

If decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream, cakes & cupcakes that will not be consumed within 8 hours of pick-up should be kept refrigerated in an airtight container. For re-warming: they should be set out at room temperature for at least 2 hours before consuming for optimal flavour and consistency (ideally without disturbing their airtight container to prevent condensation from forming on the frosting, which could cause colours to run). Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 7 days.

If decorated with American buttercream, cakes & cupcakes can be left at room temperature for up to 48 hours before requiring refrigeration. Refrigerated leftovers should be kept in an airtight container to preserve their flavour, and consumed within 7 days. They can be rewarmed as outlined above for swiss meringue cakes/cupcakes.
SUGAR COOKIE STORAGE:

Sugar cookies will remain​ fresh inside their individual packaging for up to 1 week at room temperature. They should NOT be refrigerated, as this can cause dryness, as well as butter and/or color bleed. If purchased well in advance, they can be frozen in their individual packaging for up to 3 months, and remain just as fresh when rewarmed. If frozen, set them out at room temperature for 30-60 minutes before consuming for ideal consistency and flavour. Do not open their individual packaging during the rewarming process to avoid condensation from forming on the icing, which can cause the colours to run.
MACARON STORAGE:

All macarons that are not to be consumed within 8 hours of pick-up should be kept refrigerated in an airtight container to avoid softening of the shells. They should be set out at room temperature for at least 30-60 minutes before consuming for optimal flavour and consistency (ideally, left in their airtight container during rewarming to avoid condensation from forming on the shells, which can cause them to soften or cause the colors to run). Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 7 days and then rewarmed as above. If purchased well in advance, macarons can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months, and remain just as fresh when rewarmed.
